What sign companies need to know before quoting the job.
What do you need for a wholesale channel letter quote?
Send vector artwork with overall dimensions and letter heights, quantity, face and return colors, illumination, mounting method, delivery ZIP code and your target date.
How are wholesale channel letters priced?
Pricing starts at $12 per linear inch of letter height. Letters under 12 inches are priced as 12 inches. Raceway, crating and freight are quoted separately after we review size, artwork, lighting and mounting.
Do you ship nationwide or offer blind shipping?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the United States, and we blind ship: no Signs VW branding on the sign, packaging or paperwork your client sees. Freight is quoted per project; include your delivery ZIP code in the request.
What is the production lead time?
Production lead time is set with each quote, based on the size of the job and our current schedule. Transit time is confirmed when freight is quoted.
Are the letters UL listed?
Our existing signs page describes UL-listed illuminated signs. Our illuminated channel letters ship UL-listed and labeled.
Do you handle permits and installation?
The existing retail signs page describes local permit coordination through a licensed sign contractor. We supply the letters ready to install, with a 1:1 installation pattern, mounting hardware and power supplies. Permits and installation are handled by your team.
Can I request open-face, halo or combination-lit letters?
Include the requested lighting style in your artwork. We build front-lit, reverse/halo, front + halo combination, trimless and open-face letters wholesale.
Can I upload my artwork here?
Upload your PDF, AI or EPS artwork, up to 20 MB. PNG and JPG references are also accepted. Our team receives your request and artwork for review.
